As independent expert we offer you valuation services for companies. Our valuations are based on generally accepted calculation methods. In Germany these methods are issued by the German Institute for Public Accountants (IDW). In conflict situation we act as mediator.

We mainly perform company valuations in the following situations:

• Transactions like sale and purchase of companies or company shares, mergers, capital increase, contributions in kind, Management Buy Outs.
• Valuation for commercial or fiscal purposes, e.g. valuation of investments in the financial statements.
• Valuation in arbitrage cases and on behalf of courts (e.g. Withdrawal of shareholders, succession disputes, indemnity proceedings).
• Valuations obliged by law e.g. when changing the corporate form.
